Ajilon is currently looking for a Purchasing Agent/Facilities coordinator for a growing organization located in Woodinville area. This individual will be responsible for both the Purchasing lead and Facilities lead in the daily execution of their duties. Duties will include transaction level management of Facility assets and support of Purchasing. Purchasing portion of the job will include: Process purchasing request, work with AP to resolve PO, work with suppliers and the organizational flow. Facilities portion of the job will include: Interface and organize outside resources, field employee enquiries regarding facility.
